Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups (480ml) chicken broth
- 2 cups (200g) uncooked fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Add chicken, chicken broth, fettuccine, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to ‘Manual’ or ‘Pressure Cook’ mode for 5 minutes.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
