Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups (480ml) chicken broth
  • 2 cups (200g) uncooked fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, chicken broth, fettuccine, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
  2. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to ‘Manual’ or ‘Pressure Cook’ mode for 5 minutes.
  3. Once the cooking cycle is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
