Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup (150g) diced ham
- 1 cup (100g) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) garlic powder
- 1 cup (100g) breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Add chicken, ham, chicken broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to ‘Manual’ or ‘Pressure Cook’ mode for 10 minutes.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
- Stir in Swiss cheese until melted and combined.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
- Set the Instant Pot to ‘Sauté’ mode and cook for 2-3 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
