Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the cauliflower florets and 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to ‘Manual’ or ‘Pressure Cook’ mode for 5 minutes.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
- Drain the cauliflower and return it to the Instant Pot.
- Add heavy cream, cheddar cheese, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash or blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped chives or parsley if desired.
- Tip: Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
