Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) grated ginger
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) sesame seeds (optional)
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to the ‘Sauté’ function. Add the sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chopped cabbage, soy sauce, and water. Stir to combine.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to ‘Manual’ or ‘Pressure Cook’ mode for 3 minutes.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
- Open the lid and stir the cabbage. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot as a side dish or light meal.
